supporting healthy relationships with self, others, & the environment. for parents of all ages, for children of all ages … restoring connection through core principles, healing physical, emotional, or relational challenges where each person feels seen & heard in connection. private family sessions, individual sessions, group sessions with individuals from all over the world with different cultures & backgrounds as well as group sessions for teams are available. timing of this service depends on the number in attendance.

birth integration

for the babies, for the mammas & papas, for the brothers & sisters, for the pets . . . this is a space for the baby to integrate the birth experience, to be held in earth’s gravitational field, to orient to being in a body outside of the womb, to connecting with this new physical space, to orient to being touched, held, to having space from mother. this is also the space for those present at the birth to share individual experiences of welcoming the new member of your family. for each person’s experience of the birth to be seen & heard. to share the joys & challenges of needs being met or unmet. to deeply connect with each other. this session can happen on zoom or in person at the family’s home.

birth, trauma, past life, modern life . . . imprints influence our lives every day . . . from how we interact with our children, our partners, our families, our work teams, our community, to the perspective we hold of ourselves & how we care for ourselves. one of the primary components of optimizing our life experience & making a positive contribution to the world is coming into healthy relationship with our imprints. these sessions are over the phone or on zoom.

enter a sacred container to speak through your thoughts regarding a project, an upcoming event, or a heavy weight on your heart. this session is a place to slow down, to be heard at the depths of your being, to align with your highest most value creating mission for this life time. this service is most effective in a 30 minute format. these sessions can happen in individually or within a small group.
